I recently went to Advanced Lock & Security just to have a lock rekeyed when the keys were lost, and thought the work that Advanced Lock & Security did went very well. The lock was rekeyed much faster than I had expected, and we haven’t had any problems since with the door or the lock. I would definitely go back to Advanced Lock & Security again, and I highly recommend their services.

I would recommend Advanced Lock & Security even though I had to cancel the service the last time I scheduled them to come because I wasn’t here last week, but I had them change my locks before and they were good, they did a great job and everything went without any problems. They are professional, reliable and timely. Actually, doing this is a good reminder that I need to call them to have them come back out!

I was quite pleased with how the work I received from Advanced Lock & Security went. The people that came out were very friendly and professional while they were here. The work was done very well, and was done within such a short period of time, I was very impressed with how quickly the work was completed. Advanced Lock & Security did a fine job. I’m not sure about what I’m supossed to say about them but you know, they showed up on time and they did what they were supossed to do, so I would recommend them.

The people from Advanced Lock & Security were fine, and my experience went well. We just went and talked with them, and two days later they came to do the work. The young men who came and did the installation were very good about it–explaining the product, and doing it all promptly.

I was having issues with the lock on my front door so I called Advanced Lock & Security and they said they would be there within an hour. The locksmith actually arrived 30 minutes after we got off the phone and he was able to fix the issue without compromising the doorknob.

Advanced Lock & Security came out, was timely and did a good job rekeying three locks. It was my first time using them and they came out the same day I called. The price was good for the work they did–something I wanted to get done and had a short time to do it.

Advanced Lock & Security unfortunately had to come out and break into my home, which they had to do twice. Each time it was kind of a freaky thing but it is what it is.

They told us when they were going to come. They treated it as an emergency, which it was because I needed to get my passport out of the house. They were very honest about the impact they thought it might have and they were very careful with the price quote and mindful about saving us money.

I have no reference point but they seemed very fair with the pricing. When it happened again it was the contractors fault but I called immediately and they remembered me and Mike the serviceman was excellent. He knew exactly what had to be done.

We have gone to Advanced Lock & Security for awhile, we really love them. Most recently we had problems with our safe and they corrected it, that’s as simple as I can be.

They are always on time and do a great job. I would recommend them and have.

This was the first time I used Advanced Lock & Security. I called them to repair two broken door locks and match a few keys to some other locks I had. Their pricing was reasonable and they did a good job. I would definitely use them again.

The products I received from Advanced Lock & Security worked immediately and were perfect. The customer service, however, was lacking. They were a little bit rude. I couldn’t even get them to crack a smile! It felt like I was interrupting their TV time or something. The functionality was much more important than their customer service, but I’m still going to try not to go back unless I have to.

I used Advanced Lock & Security recently for a second time. In both cases, the service was really good! They were changing and re-keying locks in our home for us because we had lost the key to the original locks, which they had also put in for us. These were professional-grade locks, so it was more than your average job. Their professionalism was great! One thing I would note is that there was one item that the guy had said he would follow up on, but I have yet to hear from him. Other than that, from the onset the service was excellent, and the timeliness was great. I was very happy, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I don’t say that a lot!
